Our Bone-In Ribeye Steak is cut from our Prime Rib Roast and has the bone attached for added flavour. To bring out the exquisite flavour and increase the tenderness, each cut is aged for 21 days, the perfect amount of time for a bone-in steak. Each centre cut steak will be at its peak when cooked to medium or more to allow the marbling to melt and caramelize.
The Ribeye Steak is also know as the Cowboy Steak.
